An opportunity to work in depth and on a long term basis with a non executive director covering all aspects of business and performance. The structure will follow the themes as identified in the 'Five Steps to Business Success' and will include 1 face to face meeting per month, telephone and email support and ongoing business coaching.

The aim of the programme is to support the development of the overall vision and strategy of the business and to independently look at the business processes, people, financial matters and customers / sales.
